Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Product

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Product to shape and execute Sonova’s global digital strategy. You’ll lead transformation initiatives across web, CRM/ERP, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering global digital programs.

• Own product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery and scaling.

• Translate strategy into delivery plans, managing risks and stakeholders.

• Champion customer-first design informed by data and insights.

• Drive adoption of agile delivery, digital operations, and product management.

• Influence senior leaders and manage vendor partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or Business.

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation.

• Strong background in product strategy, agile delivery, and innovation.

• Excellent stakeholder management across regions and functions.

• Fluent in English.
